My brand new 2012 Hyundai Elantra had a major break problem, in fact it could not be driven. So we had it towed to San Tan Hyundai on Saturday March 3 we had not even made our first car payment. They did not have the part that was needed to fixed it that day so they give us a car to drive in it's place which was nice. I must admit though I am use to getting a loaner car as before this car I had a BMW and they always gave me one.
We did not hear anything on Monday or Tuesday so we decided to call to find out the status on the car, we were told that the part was not in the US and had to be shipped from Korea and it would be here on March 21.
We picked up the car this morning March 17 it was done ahead of schedule which is good. However the car was not vacuumed, or cleaned on the inside and our clock had the wrong time on it. I know these are small things but it's the details that make great customer service! Maybe I was spoiled by BMW's customer service?
