rev:text	I've been here many times, mostly during first friday when it's incredibly busy, and despite the crowds I've always had good, quick service. However I just went in today and got the green tea frape and there was a hair in it! I went to the counter to let someone know but nobody was behind the counter and I didn't see anyone who worked anywhere around, so I ended up just throwing the drink away and leaving very disappointed. Especially after paying over $6 including a $2 tip
