  • This is my wife and I's second time having to come to Southern Hills hospital for a child birth. The first time was back in 2014 when my daughter was born and just recently on November 20th 2017 for the birth of our son. I must say that they have totally upgraded the place and made it look very nice and inviting, you don't get the creepy hospital death vibes from here at all. All the staff members in L&D, and the nurses in the after birth area are all awesome. They have made this second birthing experience better than the first. My wife received a special lunch from the hospital for her and I. They let her choose what lunch she wanted from the menu which had some bomb choices, there was a salmon type of lunch combo, rib eye steak combo (which we got) a chicken combo (which we also got) and some vegetarian items. They brought us a nothing bundt cake and some cider with special glasses, and finally they gave a onesie for our son. This type of treatment makes delivering here even more special for us. I'd recommend anyone looking to give birth here to just do it, you will get great care for baby, yourself and your spouse.
