  • Here I go again, 2 years later I finally found the house of my dreams in the Providence area. I have my whole home packed up and ready to move into my DREAM house when I get the dreaded call from my realtor that the paperwork is delayed by a week. I find myself needing storage, AGAIN. Remembering how amazing my last experience with StorageOne was, I started to look to see if there's one close by.... and there is! How convenient is it that there are so many StorageOnes in the valley? I set up the reservation online and everything was ready for me by the time I arrived. Paul and Kellee greeted me with smiles and gave me a tour of the facility. Not only was Paul professional and patient, but he was also hilarious! He took the time to listen to my story and turn my mood around through his animated and upbeat personality. Knowing that I will get the support that I need when I need it and that the exceptional customer service is consistent all around, I am a StorageOne customer for life!
