  • AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I've been living here for the past year and this complex has been nothing but problems!They will lure you in with cheaper rates but it's not worth it! I was promised all new appliances when moving in which was a total lie. I've had to have my washer and dryer replaced at least twice since I've been here. Our microwave was broken when I moved in. My boyfriends car was stolen a week ago. Months before that it was vandalized (by whom we think was by the management with their golf carts they drive around) and when we brought to their attention they did nothing about it. I am CONSTANTLY having issues with other renters parking in my covered parking spot. The water is shut off at LEAST TWICE A MONTH. FOR HOURS AT A TIME. Doesn't matter if it's morning noon or night. Constantly having to wait to shower, or cook, or even GO TO THE BATHROOM because the water is off. Other renters do NOT pick up after their pets so there is always dog shit all around the property. The end of my lease cannot come soon enough!!!
