Carrington has a TON of lights to choose from which puts them hight on the list of places to look if you need lighting. However, this also means that they are really busy and the people who work there are often to busy to help you. The day we visited, we got help no problem.
We found lights that we liked the looks of and we asked the lady about them. She said that they were newly in and that they were a Canadian company that they were carrying because of their quality. We decided to buy them. We got them home and the electrical install was not a problem but the pendants would NOT hang straight. The next day my husband called Carrington. They said to take it down and bring it in. When we did, the man said "See....you just have to bend them until they hang straight". Um...no. At almost $200 per pendant, we were not going to bend them to make them work. I'm sure if we broke them, Carrington would not replace them. So we took them all back. We were told we would get a call to discuss options but that never happened. We will be looking elsewhere for lighting.
