  • Had my daughters cracked screen replaced here and was initially disappointed as the first screen replacement caused the phone to black/white out. I went back the next day and the screen was replaced again only to have the phone showing signs of ghosting. I was upset about the whole situation until I received a phone call from Ray the owner. Ray offered to fix the phone himself. Unfortunately we had already thrown in the towel and purchased a new phone. Ray offered to refund me in full for my troubles and promptly did so when I went back in. I would absolutely go back as their customer service is outstanding!
