  • Thank you Yelp! We were in town visiting and decided to try this place for lunch based on its good reviews. Yelpers were right on - delicious (and affordable)! We loved the cornbread, candied yams, collard greens, carolina chopped bbq, mac & cheese, green beans, and black eyed peas. Generous portions too. Full of atmosphere and it was still busy at 3pm. We definitely recommend Mert's.
