  • So I've been coming to this nail shop for awhile like I said in my previous post. I had always had Marilyn doing my nails and she's no longer there so Alex does my nails now. The day I went in with my friend we were both walk ins. She went to Alex chair and I had someone name Douglas. I had two nails that needed to be fixed and I needed a fill. I told Douglas that I wanted my nails cut down to a shorter length. Here's when things start going down hill for me. He starts replacing the two nails that were broken and then proceeds to cut them not even seeing if they match my other nails. So my index finger on my right hand was WAY shorter than the left. I didn't notice it until I left but now that I think about it when I get my nails done with Alex or Marilyn they make sure the length matches to the other hand. He also didn't even cut the rest of my nails like I asked him. I was just over him and ready to leave I didn't even bother. To make matters worse the owner by the name of Kim switches spots with him and she starts painting my nails. What pissed me off was she she wasn't even looking at my nails when she was painting them she kept looking around and talking to other people as she was painted and did a very sloppy job and missed paint on a lot of spots. My friend even noticed she wasn't even paying attention to my nails as she was painting. This place is seriously going downhill especially if the owner can't even do a good job. Alex and Tina are the only ones that do a good job. I definitely won't be back at this nail shop. My nails didn't even last two weeks the two nails that Douglas "replaced" broke not even after two weeks smh
