  • We went to LL 2 weeks ago to pick out flooring. Sean was super friendly and told us everything we needed to know to choose the hardwoods that would best suit our needs. In a matter of minutes we selected the flooring. He immediately called their guy to make an appt for us to get an in home estimate first thing Monday morning. Everything went as planned Monday and we ordered the floor and products needed for install. We just picked up our flooring this morning and all is good! Pretty easy process and very friendly, knowledgeable customer service!! We are doing our own install so can't speak to the install services. But the customer service we received from LL was awesome!! Thanks a ton!
