  • I can not believe the terrible service we got and from a referral too. We called at 9:30 pm, our AC completely out and desperate as it was 118 yesterday. They told us they would call us back with a time to be here that night. 10:30 we called again and was told we were next on the list. 11:30 we call again and were told they were too booked and couldn't make it out that night but would call with apt for next day. 6am we call and they said they would call right back with an estimated apt time. 7am we call again to follow up and were told they couldn't get out till Thursday. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!? After stringing us along, the house almost 90 degrees inside, we can't sleep, miserable and they didn't seem to care at all. I could not believe anyone could do this to a family. I would never ever use them or recommend. My neighbor was shocked, said he always had great service but this was inexcusable to do to someone.
