  • I went back to Ladybug and had a horrible experience. The bouquet of flowers I got wasn't correct so I returned them hoping to get them replaced or refunded. Ladybug didn't have any of the flowers that were appropriate so I asked for a refund. During the processing of the refund, the manager (who was helping us), started insulting my girlfriend. The manager only apologized once I told her she had to. Stay away from Ladybug. They are bullies and extremely insulting.
