  • I took my vehicle in for diag and oil change most dealerships and shops charge 145.00 for diag not zip zap auto 49 bucks for diag I had a answer on what was wrong with my car with in 1 hr not only that they offered a shuttle home the lady that took me home was just amazeing they told me be about 6 hrs I got a call in 4 saying it was all ready they also picked me up !!!!!! when I got back to zip zap waiting to pay my bill they offered me drink cookies and ice cream you just don't see that type of customer service anymore what a great experience for my first visit I will be taking all my family's cars to zip zap for any service needed thanks zip zap you guys are great
