  • I feel like I'm in line for a bad carnival ride! This is absolutely the WORST place I've ever been to. I'd rather wait at the DMV, at least I know there is a means to an end. The customer service is ridiculous...I can't find a word in the English language to describe how terrible it is. Do you ever leave a place and feel exhausted? Well that's me and 20 other people that left during my time there! The folks at TWC are also miserable....bad attitudes, etc. I will be changing cable companies after this last round. Uggh:/
