  • Hotel Omni treated me exceptionally well. I forgot my electric toothbrush in my room. I called them, and they agreed to ship the toothbrush back to me - in Vancouver - at /their own/ expense. The toothbrush arrived packed and wrapped with care within a few days. Basically, they went out of their way to provide me excellent service, even after I was no longer a guest. A++ would recommend.
