  • This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. 8/18/16 American Home Shield sent this company out to look at my washer, dryer, stove and fridge. This guy came out and had no tools with him. He said he didn't know what was wrong with the dryer so he recorded the noise with his cell phone. He said for the washer he would order a new soap dispenser, for the stove new ranges and for the freezer a new ice bin. I was supposed to hear back from the company to make an appointment within 24 hours and they didn't call to schedule my appointment until the following week. 8/23/16 When AMANDA called to schedule my appointment she let me know that the parts for my dryer and stove were in. So I asked what about the other two appliances and she said well that's all the technician wrote down. I said well that's not what he told me he was ordering. I said can you call him and ask him about that. She said well he's on vacation this week so it will be another technician that comes out and he can re look at the items. I then said can u have him come out before that appointment so that way maybe everything can be fixed by the time he comes back out? She said no he won't want to come out twice in one week. I was shocked to her answer. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager DOMINIQUE got on the phone and was just as rude as AMANDA. She then repeated what Amanda said. But said that the technician that will be coming out is the senior tech and can do a curtesy check on the other two items. I didn't understand why it would be a curtesy if this was supposed to be done from the beginning. I told her I was going to contact AHS to see what they said about this. She asked if I was going to keep my appointment cause she needed to fill this slot. I laughed and told her I'd call back. I called AHS and told them my situation they said to keep my appointment with them due to the fact they can't transfer the account to another company since they've already paid them. 8/26/16 Technician was supposed to be at my house between 8am-noon. It was 11:30am and the technician hadn't arrived. I called and asked if he was on his way she said yes. The technician called at 11:45am and said he was on his way. So by the time he would arrive it would be passed noon and I had my kids school orientation to go to. I told him I had to leave since its almost noon and he said he would be back in the area around 3pm. I told him that would work. He wasn't here by 3pm so I texted him. He said he was still at a job then he'd be on his way. 5pm and still wasn't here. Texted him again and he responded "No I'm on my way home now". 8/29/16 MONDAY I called the company to let them know what had happened on Friday and her response was he shouldn't have even texted me back cause they make his appointments. She than rescheduled my appointment for that Wednesday August 31st. 8/31/16 WEDNESDAY Technicians time to arrive was between 8am-noon. Company calls me at 11:30am to let me know that the technician was having heart problems and was going to the hospital so they had to re schedule all of his appointments. I agreed to the following Wednesday. I still called AHS just to let them know what was going on. 9/7/16 WEDNESDAY Technician AGAIN was supposed to arrive between 8am-noon. I hadn't heard anything from the company all morning so decided to call and ask what the status is at 11:15am. KAYLEN put me on hold to call the tech. Got back on the phone and said he was actually on his way. By 12:15 he still wasn't here so I called again. KAYLEN answered the phone again and put me on hold to call him. Got back on the phone and says he wasn't answering the phone and she would call me back once she got ahold of him. By 1pm I hadn't got a phone call back so I called again. Once the receptionist answered the phone I asked if she had gotten ahold of the technician (AMANDA) was confused and didn't know what I was talking about. She then put me on hold again. Once she got back on the phone after a few minutes she tells me that we are going to have to reschedule AGAIN because the technician ordered the wrong part! I could not believe what I was hearing. Me: How is it that he just noticed that it's the wrong part after 3 weeks? AMANDA- Well he just noticed. Me- He was on his way with this part two other times and just now he notices? AMANDA- Yeah there's nothing we can do about it but reschedule. Me- I had an appointment today and waited all morning on my day off so can you have him come and at least fix my stove since you have that part? AMANDA- No he will only come once. By this time I am so furious I can't even believe what I'm going through with this rude unprofessional company. Every time I would try to speak she would speak right over me. Told her I wanted to speak with manager and she said well she's on another call and it will be a few hours until she can get back to you. She never called back. AHS had Sears come out the next day.
