rev:text	It hurts to leave this review because we love our esthetician. Unfortunately I cannot say that about the front desk girls. The appointment I made for my son was at 2:45, and we waited days for this appointment as our esthetician is always booked. There was an accident on our way to the appointment and I just knew we would be a little late so I called at 2:40 to let them know. The girl who answered the phone put me on an immediate hold ........... for 6 minutes and 45 seconds. I was at the light on Val Vista and Baseline when she got on the line and I explained that we were almost there, she apologized for the long hold time and told me that she would put his ticket up so we could get right in. I was thankful since I left work early to make this appointment. We walked in and the front desk girl very candidly said "oh we can't take you, it's 1 minute over the 9 minute grace period" I said "are you serious? I just got off the phone with the girl who told me it was fine" she said "I don't know what to tell you she's not here and that's our policy" She was very crass about it and didn't seem the least bit empathetic or understanding to our situation. My sons bday is this weekend and he was crushed that he couldn't have his brows done. What a big mistake she made as we were LOYAL to your brand! 3 people in my house get waxed there, some 2x's per month, we purchase the packages and are always on time! Now I'm canceling all of our packages and moving on to a company that values their customers.
