  • Employees were nice, nail work is ok, and prices were okay. I got a $40 promotion on a regular mani and pedi ($50 originally). Issues I had that resulted in a subpar rating : there was still leftover nail polish from before I walked in on my toes when they applied the new colour. Unfortunately for them, I picked a nude colour which meant I could see the old orange colour on my toes underneath the nude. I bled in three places when they were cleaning up my cuticles. Not sure if this is normal since I don't do my nails often (this is my third time ever) but it stung so I assume that's not good. And lastly the top coat on one of my nails wasn't applied on the whole nail so it wasn't smooth. Three stars because the lady who was helping me was very nice and considerate, exfoliator and hot stones were used, and pricing was ok.
