  • I came in today mostly to get an idea of what is was going to cost to carpet the master bedroom in my home. While looking around I asked an employee (Bob Carter) if he could help me. I have NEVER bought carpet before, and felt Bob did a great job in answering all of my questions, and later writing up my order. I did NOT come in with the intention of buying, but Bob's relaxed approach at simply answering my questions made it easy. After asking my questions I asked Bob if he was commissioned, and he said no. So I told him I wanted to look around and would check back later. After looking around, I went back to Bob and we wrote an order. I HOPE the rest of my buying experience is as smooth/comfortable as this was.
