  • Hey folks, If you guys are in the market for Chanel goodies, I suggest contacting Levent Tulay, he is amazing and super nice! I just purchased a mini rectangle lambskin gold hardware over the weekend. I placed the order with Levent over the phone. I've had other SAs throughout the states, by far Levent surpasses my expectations. I placed the order with him on Saturday 07/09/16 he shipped it on Monday and I got it today (Wednesday). The packaging was super cute, he took great care in packaging the handbag for me. I only have one photo Levent sent to me, I posted that one. I did an unboxing video for documentations, I didn't take any photos. Guys, if you don't have a regular SA, stick with Levent at the Encore, he will take care of you. I live in the Bay Area and Levent is my go to person for my Chanel goodies. I'm ditching all of my other SAs including The Chanel boutique in San Francisco. I'll be in Vegas in November, I'll stop by and say "hi" to Levent and finally meet him in person. Levent is keeping an eye out for one other item for me, hopefully it'll be there in November when I visit Vegas.
