  • I started going to Zenergy yoga after my daughter was born beacuse it offered a Baby and Me class and it was close to where I work. It quickly became my favorite place that I've ever done yoga. Ali, the owner, taught the baby and me class and was always friendly, and knew all of us by name. They also put on great events from time to time, like "Vino and Vinyasa." It's also great for the whole family because they offer children's classes,family yoga and they'll even do birthday parties and other events. I've really liked all the instructors for each of the classes I've taken and I would highly reccommend this studio to anyone.
