  • This location is the worst! The workers here are clearly too comfortable and make the drinks however they want. Anytime I request something extra in my drink (ex-pump of hazelnut, or extra matcha) they don't do it! Even if I request light ice, there will still be enough ice to fill more than half the cup. They just make the standard menu drink with nothing extra that I asked for in it. If I'm paying $5 for a drink I'd expect it to taste how I want it to. I never leave yelp reviews, but this has happened enough times to frustrate me enough to leave one.
