  • I called Expert Mechanical because my heater went out and all I was getting is cold air blowing out of my vents. Lauren answered the phone and helped send out a tech to solve my dilemma. She was very helpful and professional. When Mike arrived he was very thorough and explained everything so a mechanically declined person such as myself could understand. All in all everything went smoothly and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you again.
