  • It's not surprising these old fogeys have the lowest reviews. Thier staff is aloof and unattantive. It took them 2 hours to complete drink service and when the cart guy finally got to my aisle he served everyone except me, and all i asked for was water. Then the other cart lady rammed into me while i was holding it and spilled it all over and didnt even say sorry. Pathedic in flight customer service. AA is Major Suck. Also the internet is a MAJOR RIP OFF and slow as FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCÇK
