  • After standing in line for a very long time, we were told that the Bears that were advertised for National Teddy Bear Day were gone, but we were told we could "purchase a regular bear, at regular price". This was in the early afternoon, with seven hours of business left in the day. The employee was extremely unapologetic, rude, and offered nothing but " well, were out", without even mustering an apology. Extremely disappointed in the service, failure to prepare for a nationally advertised sale, and overall experience.
