I've passed by this restaurant several times when frolicking around Walnut Street but hadn't been until recently. I was prompted by a vegetarian friend and will admit I was a bit hesitant because of the limited menu.
I usually go for savory items for brunch, but picked a sweet dish this time. I got the gluten free waffles. Word to the wise - you get unlimited toppings! I got almond butter, bananas and strawberries. It was delicious. I got a fried egg on the side for some protein/savory-ness. My friend got the tempeh dish, which she said was a little bland, but was fixed with ketchup and some salt & pepper. I was also impressed by the budget-friendly nature of the menu.
They have conversation question cards at the tables, which we want to try out next time we come. Would be good for a new date hehe.
