  • He answered my call after normal business hours and was out next morning to quickly identify the problem with my refrigerator. Maytag/Whirlpool had a flawed design for the drain which caused a significant layer of ice that was keeping the bottom freezer drawer from closing completely. He obtained the replacement part same day to complete the repair. Fair price and didn't try to upsell the repair. Will definitely recommend. Darlene
