It wouldn't be United if there wasn't a problem. I landed in Cleveland from Vegas. My layover was about 2 hours. I saw our plane at the gate, people getting off and cleaning crews going in. I thought maybe for once United would be on time. Not to my surprise they quickly announce a delay for maintenance. I mean I know it's always a possibility and appreciate the fix but there should be extra planes or times like this. It's about customer service- something United knows nothing about. It's all about the money.
My suggestion - pay whatever it costs to fly any other airline. Southwest and Jet Blue are great choices!!!
