  • I have always heard great things about Pinky's so my family and I went on a Friday evening. I will definitely return in the future. +Vegetarian/Vegan friendly- Thanks Pinky's! I am a newbie vegan and I ordered a vegan burger with vegan mayo. Also they offer salads, appetizers and a falafel wrap. My burger was very good except they put too much mayo. + Customer service- Although it was extremely busy all the staff were very friendly and made sure to check on us, refill cups, and quickly remove finished dishes +Location- I am so glad Pinky's is on the Westside of Charlotte. -Wait Time- we probably waited over 25 mins for a table for four. The waiting area is small. -Dining area- It is very tight in the dining area which also includes a bar. You get to know your neighbor.
