  • I went to Brake Masters today for an oil change, where I've been going for the past year because I love their customer service and integrity. So as I was paying, Paul and I got to chatting for a bit and I ended up accidentally leaving my cell phone there. About 1/2 hour later, I realized I didn't have it and pretty much freaked. I called the shop praying it was there, and Al answers and lets me know they have it. I was about a 20 min. drive away and wasn't sure I'd get there before they closed, so he offers to drive out of his way to bring it to me in Central Phoenix on his way home...I couldn't believe it!! So I just need to say, Al your customer service rocks!!!!!
