  • I would give it 0 stars if possible!! I had my phone screen fixed and had temper glass put on it on October 16, my bill was $200. Not bad, Tony was nice. 3 days ago I set my phone down 2 inches on my table and it cracked. It was in a case they sold me, with temper glass they put on, and the new screen. I took it in and he started pulling it apart, then told me it would be $150 even though I bought a warranty on the screen and temper glass. He was so rude about it when I said no that I couldn't or wouldn't pay that. I asked him to put it back together and I left. As I am getting into my car I notice he cracked my screen more, didn't put the temper glass back on straight or all the way, and didn't put the screws back in my phone. I called him back and he was even ruder and told me I was wrong. Now there's a yellow spot in my screen that wasn't there, I am missing 2 screws, and its even worse than when I took it in. When I called corporate they told me it was my fault and they wont do anything about it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
