  • Thistle DKI is a great company. They are fast and very efficient. And got our work done in a timely manner. We were referred to them by Allstate after a company called bolmer restoration came and demo'd our garage due to a water leak. Then bolmer restoration told us that no one can come out for the next 3 months to put our garage back together. That really pissed us off because not only did they leave us hanging which they promised they were going to fix it from beginning to end but really did it for the insurance money and when we told them that we're were going to call our insurance company they told us not to. That company is a scam! but I'm glad they did because we would of never met the people at thistle DKI. Everyone was so friendly and they were able to get our garage done in one week! Joe was the project manager for us and he made sure that we were taken care of. One great guy was Bobby! He was very honest and very helpful. When I told him the situation we had he was very understanding and opened my eyes to the business that I had no idea about. He is a man of his word and definitely showed it. He told us he would take care of us and that's exactly what he did. I was able to connect with him not only customer level but also a personal level. Which made it feel more like it was a friend you were working with and not someone that's jus doing it for the money. Thistle is a great company and everyone there. Bobby deserves a raise!!!
