  • Stopped into Sprinkles for a quick ice cream sandwich. Normally I'd go to a Sprinkles location for multiple types of cupcakes but kept things sweet & simple. As in simple I mean chocolate chip cookies & vanilla ice cream. Doesn't get any simpler than that. The cookies are huge and so is the helping of ice cream. The cookies were both crispy and soft which was enjoyable. I never really got the craze for cookies being completely soft. I like my cookies to have some crisp to them so having the outside crispy and the center chewy was a good treat. The vanilla ice cream wasn't too thick and managed not to melt allowing the sandwich to be eaten slow rather than rushed through. It's rare I stop anywhere specifically for desserts in Vegas but if I ever feel the need to again, I'll be stopping in. If I'm in The Linq area of course. Snack 1/28/2018
