  • My wife and I stayed at the FireSky Resort where Taggia is the resort's signature restaurant. The Ambiance is modern with low warm lighting - subdued , relaxed and romantic. Taggia just begs you to unwind . Breakfast spans the gamete. I absolutely love the fresh fruits yogourt plate - a granola base topped with Balkan Style plain yogourt and a health helping of blackberries, strawberries and blueberries topped with honey. Really big serving , probably best for two - I ordered a half size. I Really enjoyed the turkey, swiss and bacon topped with a delicious avocado spread , with a side of mixed green salad topped with a citrus sauce - light , yet filling fare , on hot and Scottsdale afternoon. My wife enjoyed the fresh fried calamari with freshly misted lime sauce. Taggia's only downside - it's price tag :-)
