  • Dr Couvarus came highly recommended to us by our OB after having several recurrent miscarriages. After visiting with Dr Couvarus it was obvious to my husband and I that he was not like any other doctor we had ever met. He took the time to listen to us and developed a protocol that was specific to our needs in an effort to get to the root cause of my miscarriages. It seemed overwhelming at first with the amount of different supplements I was taking but after following the protocol for 8 months we became pregnant on our first round of IUI and he supported my pregnancy through the first trimester. We now have a beautiful healthy 2 month old daughter and plan on going back to Dr Couvarus this fall for our 2nd baby. The office staff at IVF Phoenix is very supportive and knowledgeable. They are available after office hours and on weekends if you have any questions. I will add that prior to going to Dr Couvarus we were working with another highly regarded fertility Dr in Scottsdale whose diagnosis for our losses was "unexplained recurrent miscarriages." I am certainly glad that we took the time to get a 2nd opinion. Don't ever give up hope!
