  • If there was a rating that was a double negative star, I would choose this option! This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They have a lifetime warranty. I spent $11,000 on tile and wood laminate. The tile work was fine. However, the laminate in the main part of the house began coming up around the edges within 5 months after it was installed! After 3 years of them coming out and telling me they would not replace because there must be water leaking under the house, I called them again today. Now, the laminate is coming up in the middle of the floor! They give you the same routine. They call back and schedule appointment. They come out and give you excuse as to why it is not their problem! Please do yourself a favor and don't ever call these people!
