  • We lived here for a year. It's not the worst place ever, but it did have a serious roach problem and it did take forever to get anything fixed. Once our fridge went out right after we had spent about $200 on groceries, everything went bad, and it took them three days to come fix it. Needless to say I was pissed. But it was pretty quiet except for my psycho upstairs neighbor. I also didn't like that the balcony was open, if anyone wanted to they could just walk up to your sliding glass door and that's really unsafe. On second thought, maybe it is the worst place ever.
