  • Review only on making appointments with Kelsey. I can in on a Tuesday to try to make an appt. I left a note with my information for her to call me back since She was not available. She called me that afternoon to talk about it and then asked me to send her images of what I wanted before she could give me a quote and make an appt. I was looking to make an appt as soon as both our schedules allowed. I spent the next 5 days trying to follow up with her. She never responded back to any of my messages or calls even though on our initial call we had talked about making an appt that Thursday. I was really looking forward to getting a tattoo from broken dagger but it just didn't work out sadly.
