  • I like Lush for the novel concept that it is. Bath bombs, in particular, serve as good gifts for people like myself who enjoy hot baths as a means to relieve stress. Choose the right bomb and the feeling you'll get will be comparable to taking an opiate and drifting off into a euphoric bliss. Choose the wrong bomb, however, and expect your skin to smell funny for about a day. I won't get into recommendations, since most are just personal preference. The employees are all trained to spout off their explanations of the different products, as well as what they might recommend. I can't speak for their other products, as I have no interest in them. Yes, everything is ridiculously overpriced and the store can often be jam-packed with people. Additionally, I'd absolutely hate to see how much it actually costs to make these things. But that's not the point. These are purely novelty items that can be used to make your baths more enjoyable. I feel bad for anyone who has an addiction, as the cost could really break the bank. But hey, it is what it is. If you're into baths and experimenting with different scents, go in and check them out!
