  • I had booked an appointment for a hair cut for my dog followed by a bath. When I took my puppy, the lady told me that I was only booked for a bath and no haircut. When I told her that the haircut was the main requirement and having bath is secondary, she told me bluntly that the appointment was requested only for a bath. I won't be going there again.... since I hate being lied to and not meeting expectations.
