I figured I would give Living Spaces a second try in the hopes that my first experience was a fluke. I am once again completely disappointed. I made my purchase online, and was told that I could pick it up in the store today. I arrived to pick up my merchandise, and was told that it wasn't in yet, and was assured that it would be in tomorrow (Sunday). When I came home and looked at the sales slip i was just given, it showed a pick up date of Monday. I called to confirm, as I am unable to pick up the purchase during the week. I couldn't get a straight answer. When I asked them to deliver my purchase and waive the delivery fee, I was told that they could not (would not) do that. I asked the "customer service" manager if they would prefer I cancel a $500 order instead of them waiving the delivery fee, and they said yes. Very poor business practice. I am severely unimpressed, and would discourage anyone from wasting their time and money at this joke of a store. RC Willey here I come!!
