I had Cricket for about two years with no complaints, you get decent service at a cheap price. We needed to add a 2nd line to a device and went to this store to seek options. The employee told us that unfortunately they could not provide what we needed. I asked what happens if I port out to new carrier and was told there was no fee. Since this was prepay I inquired about the $90.00 I recently paid and was told "Oh you get the unused portion back" by the Cricket employee. Confident that the Cricket employee was being honest I switched services that same day. Later in the week I found out from a call center employee that I would not be refunded any of what I prepaid. I let the employee know that I was misled and was told I should have read the terms of service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and received a call on 11/08/17 from some one at Cricket who said that it was my fault as I should have read the terms. I explained what I was told by the store employee and his response was to tell me that its a "training issue". Wow...And then he repeated that I should have reads the terms. Fair enough...Read this Cricket; Your customer service blows and your response to an incompetent employee blows more. I will repeat this horrible experience every chance I get and you will never get me back as customer again.
