So pissed to walk into Valley ENT, and see a sign taped to the window that says the doctor is running 45 minutes behind. You couldn't have called me and saved me from wasting 45 minutes of my time sitting in your waiting room? I arrived 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time, per your policy. I spent more time re-filling paperwork you lost after my previous visit. And then you say it would be crazy to provide courtesy calls to patients who would be affected by the doctor being late. Your customer service is abysmal.
The only saving grace at this point is my hope for a good result. In previous years a multiple visits, my issue went unsolved by Dr Chung, so I am starting anew with Dr McKenna. ( Apologies for any misspellings of the Dr names. )
