I have shopped at the Henderson Ross store on Stephanie for several years. What becomes more and more obvious to me is the lack of concern this establishment has for handicap people and mothers with infants. It is difficult enough parking and maneuvering in this parking lot, but the double set of doors are heavy to open manually and because there is no handicap button to open them automatically, it's near impossible to get in while dragging a stroller and propping the door open. Not only that, employees never offer to get the door for you, even when you are obviously struggling.
I like some of their art but I can't shop here without my husband because I need the assistance.
