  • This is the location I was told to call regarding a rental set up for me by State Farm. When I called them and told them where I would need to be picked up, they told me it was "a pain" for them to have to go so far and that I needed to contact another location closer to where I would need the pick up. I called the South Blvd location, who then told me that there was yet another location that would be better, but this person took all my info and told me she'd set it up for me and gave me the correct number to call on the day of the pickup. Uptown Hertz=lazy, South Blvd Hertz=helpful.
