  • The customer service is terrible here, I came to to claim my regular after 12 drinks reward, and the girl said it was expired , I told her I just got it last week, she said it did expired , then I found out it still in my card , I went back to her and she said birthday reward and regular reward is two different thing, I said I didn't say it's birthday reward, she strongly replied that said she heard me to say that....... Honey I go to Starbucks before you are Born, and I know when my birthday is , and you never should argued with the customer!!! It's not about money , its principal!!!!
