  • We would without a doubt recommend NVM to everyone. Jim Reed spent time to educate us about our options and then helped us to make the right decision for our heating/cooling needs AND budget. On day of intstall, Jim showed up with his team, Tim, Victor and Ramon, on time and walked them through the project--he also stopped back in at the end of the day to check on progress. Their can-do attitude and attention to detail (from install to clean-up) made a dreaded experience a pleasant one. Jim was our point of contact from beginning to end. Seriously, who provides this kind of customer service anymore? Nicely done--Thank you!
