  • Don't use CPM, especially not to park at 905 Oregon. Last year, the entire garage flooded and most cars were totaled. They notified me of the flood the next day and did not even pay for the books that were ruined, let alone compensate me for the two months spent without a car/new car. I could not get out of the contract or reimbursed for my trouble. Bad bad bad
