Went in for oil change and state inspection. The car did not pass the window tint test. I had the time removed and replaced with acceptable tint. When I returned to LKN Hyundai, I had been told that I would be there for 5 minutes and pay $.85 for the insp.sticker. Well, an hour later, I finally got my car back. The window tint installer had placed green caution tape over the window buttons which clearly stated "DO NOT open the windows for 3-5 days". To be sure, some brainiac had opened the windows and just moved the tape to the side. After a 1 hour wait, I finally got my car back. I am totally disappointed with this dealership, the morale and professionalism of the service staff. I will travel to find a service department that is compatible with my expectations in the future. I will not consider buying a car from this dealership.
