The customer service I received the next morning from Ben and Victoria as well as talking to the Area Manager for the West valley was handled so much better. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was not quite ready, I got there at 9:20 and didn't leave until almost 10am, the car had apparently just been through service but there was a oil change request that kept popping up and there was less than half a tank of gas in the car. I think it's just the main system of having at least something available when a customer is confirmed and if not then giving the customer at least a courtesy call so that both parties have adequate time to handle the situation or find another solution because I hate having to rush and having to make other people rush. Yes it would have been nice to have something ready to go when I arrived and a full tank of gas when I was already running late because of the wait, however both Ben and Victoria did a great job of listening to my concerns and kept checking in on me with an update until the car was ready. On top of that I did get a chance to talk to the Area Manager, Jose,who helped as well and was very sincere in his words. If anything just keep communication with customers, one call to let me know what options I had could have prevented a lot of the hassle. Also agree with the other reviews, if there is a problem the customer service response is excellent and genuine. This is a convenient location for us to rent from so hopefully we can give them a second chance in the future, they really do have some great deals where you can find them.
